Healthy Cookie Recipe | Only 4 Ingredients!
Tis’ the season for treats! This time of year is always filled with temptations for sweets – we LOVE this no-bake cookie recipe for a healthy alternative. Not only are these cookies EASY to make, they taste absolutely delicious and contain several health benefits.
4-ingredient healthy peanut butter cookies:
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter
- 10 dates
- 2 tbs peanuts
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- oats (optional)
Mix 1/4 cup of peanut butter, 10 dates, 2 tbs of peanuts, and 1/8 of vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth. When finished, use a spoon to scoop small portions of dough and roll into balls.
Pour oats on a separate plate and roll balls of dough until they are covered. Flatten dough balls into cookies and refrigerate.
These cookies are an excellent source of zinc, a mineral known to promote hair repair and growth. Plus, they will provide you with the boost of energy you need this time of year!
